As a boss, manager or CEO, you have the task of ensuring that the employees give their best.  This cannot be achieved through giving orders. You need to ensure that they are motivated in terms of payment and also work stations. The offices where they work have to be friendly. This should not bring wild imaginations to you. You would just need to ensure their comfort at working positions and you would have their best.

What would interest you most is how office chairs could play a great role on this. You would realize that you can be able to make the most out of your employees when you let them feel comfortable. When they have the right sitting place, they would find it comfortable working, they would work longer.

This would be very different than when they do not have the right chairs. Naturally, they would strain and so they would always look for opportunities to stand up and when they do you would be sure that no work would be going on. So, your trick should be on how best you can get them to remain seated at their desks.

Do not trouble yourself with other needs of the employees when you haven’t addressed this immediate one. You would give everything else but as long as they are not comfortable, they would not work. You can try the ergonomic office chairs and see how good the results would be.
