The whole destination can be covered in two days. You need not have to rush or skip any destination in Bangkok. The Grand Palace offers a glorious fantasy to the tourists. It can easily challenge Walt Disney any point of time in creation of a magical and enchanted environment. The palace is surrounded by the densely populated areas but the moment you enter the premises you will find yourself in a different world altogether.

The main attractions of Bangkok are its glorious temples and the Chinatown. The museums are also crowded all over the year. All these tourist sites are clustered in central part of the city, a little east from Chao Phraya. It is the main which intersects the city from north to the south. The river flows through the western part of the city.

The transportation and roadways are so well planned in Bangkok that a tourist can cover all the major destinations in a single day and have his dinner in Chinatown after a grand tour in the heritage city. However, there are few places downtown where the public transportation is not so well organized.

The boat taxies of Bangkok are a prime attraction of the city. A tourist can book one of those for the whole day and travel all along the city. They will drop and pick you up from every destination and you can enjoy a leisure tour through out the day through the inland waterways of the city.
