Your Trainer

Lauren-Lucille is a favorite trainer sought out by women who are looking for a trainer with a unique style, a heart for her clients, and a love of the Lord. As a motivator to those needing direction from the inside out, Lauren-Lucille believes that changes in our body must begin with a transformation from the inside.

Lauren-Lucille's love for fitness began at a young age in Texas playing competitive softball for 12 years and competition cheerleading for 5 years! As she went into college, she gained a good bit of weight, learning quickly that she would need to make some changes...and learning that eating was more than just food. It was about hiding behind what was going on inside and not knowing how to give her life and its direction to God.

On her fitness and spiritual journey, she attended and graduated from Abilene Christian University and also became a mountain guide for Wilderness Expeditions in Salida, Colorado. She worked her way up to guiding, rappelling, and hiking for 7 years in the heart of the Rockies! There she began taking many teens and adults into the mountains of Colorado and learned that she was not alone in her journey to let go and let God lead her life.

She then went on to Circle in the Square Theater School in New York City and studied music and acting. She trained under many prestigious acting and dance instructors in Manhattan, studying ballet, jazz, musical theatre, combat, tap, and modern dance. She fell more in love each day with God and gained a deep appreciation about how the body works. After becoming a NASM personal trainer, she found she had a gift for designing training programs with her unique training style.

Exercise your Faith is Lauren-Lucille's vision to expand her training to women all around the country by blending Faith and fitness with her own unique style.
