How to Protect Yourself
COVID-19
Wash Your Hands
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Avoid touching your face
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Social Distancing
Avoid close contact with people who are sick, even inside your home. If possible, maintain 6 feet between the person who is sick and other household members.
Wear a face covering
Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover when around others.
Cover coughs and Sneezes
Cough or sneeze into the inside of your elbow instead of your hands when you are without a tissue.
Disinfect high touch areas
Clean and Disinfect frequently touched surfaces and areas like doorknobs, countertops, light switches, and faucets.
Look for symptoms
Monitor yourself and those in your household for early symptoms.
